Available configurations for GestFlow®

GestFlow® is available in two versions:

Single-organization
In this configuration, GestFlow® works referring to a single organization, in which many organizational units send information flows and one profile receives them.

Multi-organization
This configuration allows to manage several organizational structures in the same GestFlow® installation, with different possible logics:

• Use license given to an Holding which controls different companies, each of them operating independently as in the single-organization configuration.

• Use license given to a single company, which can manage in the same GestFlow® installation different operating contexts. Each context refers to a given organizational unit, which is expected to receive different categories of information flows. For instance:

  • Information flows towards the Board of Management
  • Sarbanes-Oxley Act environment
  • Anti-money-laundering environment
  • ISO 9001
  • etc.
